The next Fitzroy Tavern meet will be on Thursday the 2nd July. We're gonnal have season 3 of Torchwood and the new K9 series to look forward to so
there'll be plenty to talk about. Failing that we can always talk loudly about the Bandril.
For those who are unfamiliar with it, the Fitzroy Tavern pub meet has been a major fixture in the London Who scene for the past twenty years or more. Top Doctor Who series writers have been known to attend, as have the crew from Dr Who Magazine and Dr Who Adventures comic, writers of the novels, and Big Finish Audio adventures. This group has been riding on it's coat tails for the past couple of years ;)
Oxford Street isn't too far away, and there are four comic shops neaby including Forbidden Planet, so you can make a day of it and do some shopping.
Like usual I'll be staking out a table at 5:00 pm, but the meet will be all night so don't worry if you can't make it for five (although it would be nice ;)). Turn up as and when you can.
This is your chance to talk about well important Who-stuff to people who won't throw things at you, and there might also be Who Higher-ups to gawk at. If nothing else, we can always gossip about the folks who don't turn up.
